Since then, MS General Contractor has successfully completed over 500 projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and corporate office spaces across Pakistan, thereby establishing a distinguished reputation for excellence. In response to the diverse needs of our clientele, the company has expanded its offerings to include civil engineering, interior design, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) solutions. Profile Ali Hassan, Managing Director
| Ali Hasan is a distinguished member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oxford Brookes University. Currently a finalist in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, Ali has proven to be an invaluable asset to MS General Contractor since his arrival in 2020. Before joining MS General Contractor, Ali acquired significant experience as a financial consultant in Dubai, where he honed his insights into financial management and strategic planning. His extensive expertise in project management has greatly enhanced the capabilities of our team. Notably, Ali successfully led a project in Hunza, skillfully navigating a variety of challenges, including logistical issues in transporting materials from Karachi, a shortage of skilled labor in the region, and the maintenance of a seamless supply chain. Under his leadership, the project was completed on schedule, fulfilling all scope requirements within the committed timeline. Furthermore, in 2024, he managed the simultaneous completion of the GERRYS/TASHEER Saudi Visa Centre projects in Islamabad, Karachi, and Quetta, encompassing approximately 50,000 square feet within an impressive span of 55 to 60 days. As Managing Director, Ali is dedicated to elevating MS General Contractor to a premier position within the construction industry, honoring the legacy established by his father. By integrating innovative practices with the company’s foundational values, he seeks to ensure that MS General Contractor thrives and remains a trusted partner for its clients.
